Compensation

New Beginnings provides test materials, billings, and human resource services to therapists working for First Steps and various home health agencies throughout the state of Kentucky. A more specific list of the compensation and benefits provided by New Beginnings for it’s therapists is as follows:

  • *$65-100 per/hr.
  • Background Checks
  • Employment Contracts
  • Business Apparel
  • Therapy Notes
  • $1,000,000-3,000,0000 Malpractice Insurance
  • Return Address Labels
  • Note Entry
  • Insurance Billing (Including: Claims Submission, Coding, Follow-up, Obtaining Dr.’s Orders, Credentialing, and Obtaining Pre-Authorization)
  • Invoices
  • Test Materials
  • Referral Bonuses
  • Data Entry
  • Direct Deposit Payment
  • NOTE: THERAPISTS WORKING JUST 20hr/week WILL EARN NEARLY $68,000 ANNUALLY
